Martial Arts
PROGRAM
Little Lions (Ages 3–4)
This program introduces young children to movement, structure, and confidence building in a fun and supportive environment.
Little Lions (Ages 4–5)
This program focuses on building strong fundamentals while reinforcing discipline, focus, and respect.
Beginners (Ages 6–12)
This program is designed for school age children and emphasizes discipline, goal setting, and personal growth.
Teens & Adults (Ages 13 +)
This program supports teens during important developmental years by combining physical training with mental discipline.
Family Martial Arts Program (Ages 7+)
This program allows parents and children ages 7 and up to train together in the same class.
Summer Camp Program (Ages 4+ and Up)
Our summer camp combines martial arts training physical activity and enrichment programs to help students build confidence focus and strong daily routines while having fun.

Birthday Party Program
This program is designed for school age children and emphasizes discipline, goal setting, and personal growth.
Chinese Language Program (Ages 2.5 and Up)
Structured by age group and proficiency level, our program serves students ages two and half through adults with native speaker instruction that builds confidence, clarity, and cultural understanding.
After School Program (Ages 5–12)
A structured after school experience that combines martial arts training, homework support, and character development in a safe, supervised environment.
Early Development Program (Ages 4M – 3yrs)
This program introduces young children to movement, structure, and confidence building in a fun and supportive environment.

FAQs
Do students need prior experience?
No. All programs are designed for beginners and experienced students alike.
Is martial arts safe for young children?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. Classes are structured, age appropriate, and closely supervised.
How long are classes?
Class length depends on age group. Younger children have shorter classes designed for their attention span.
What should my child wear for the trial class?
Comfortable athletic clothing. No uniform is required for the trial.
Is there a long term commitment?
No commitment is required to try a class. Membership options will be explained after the trial.
